Service Description

CalcuMake is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application providing 3D printing cost calculation and project management tools. Access to the service begins immediately upon account creation and subscription activation.

Service Features Include:

• Comprehensive cost calculations for 3D printing projects including material, time, and overhead costs
• Project tracking and management capabilities
• Invoice generation with PDF export functionality
• Printer specifications database and usage tracking
• Cloud-based storage for project data

Pricing

CalcuMake offers the following subscription plans:

Annual plans may be available at discounted rates. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the subscription anniversary date.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days advance notice before any price increase takes effect. New prices apply to renewals after the notice period.

Payment Methods

Payment Processing:
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc., our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your complete payment card information is never stored on CalcuMake servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled exclusively by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Payment Security:
We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Payment information is tokenized and processed in compliance with international payment card industry standards.

Payment Timing

For Monthly Subscriptions:

• Initial payment is charged immediately upon subscription purchase
• Recurring payments are automatically charged on the same calendar date each month
• If a month has fewer days than your subscription date, payment occurs on the last day of that month

For Annual Subscriptions:

• Full annual payment is charged immediately upon subscription purchase
• Renewal occurs automatically on the same date one year later unless cancelled

Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over a 7-day period. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically downgraded to the Free tier, and you will lose access to paid features.

Service Delivery Timing

CalcuMake is a web-based digital service with immediate access:

• Free Tier: Access begins immediately upon account creation
• Paid Tiers: Access to paid features begins immediately upon successful payment processing (typically within seconds)

There are no physical products, shipping, or delivery delays. Service is accessible 24/7 via internet connection at https://calcumake.com

Returns and Refunds

As CalcuMake is a digital subscription service provided electronically, the following refund policy applies:

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial subscription purchase if you have not used the service extensively (defined as creating fewer than 3 projects)
• Refunds are not available for subscription renewals
• Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not available
• Refunds are processed at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

• Include your account email and reason for refund request
• We will review and respond within 3 business days

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Technical Issues:
If you experience technical problems preventing service access, please contact support immediately. We will work to resolve issues or provide appropriate compensation, which may include service credit or refunds.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

1. Log into your CalcuMake account
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
4. You will receive email confirmation of cancellation

Cancellation Timing:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing period

After Cancellation:

• Your account automatically converts to Free tier at the end of the billing period
• Your project data is retained and accessible in Free tier with feature limitations
• You may resubscribe at any time to regain paid features

Account Deletion:
If you wish to completely delete your account and all associated data, please contact [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Data Retention

Project data and account information are retained for the lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

CalcuMake is provided "as is" for cost estimation purposes. While we strive for accuracy, all calculations should be verified before use in commercial or critical applications. MOAB Co., Ltd. is not liable for business decisions made based on calculations performed using CalcuMake.

• We will respond within 3 business days
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Japanese law and jurisdiction

Changes to This Disclosure

This commerce disclosure may be updated periodically. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
